(AP Photo/Mary Schwalm) Presidential Candidate Pete Buttigieg has unveiled a one trillion-dollar infrastructure plan.On Friday, the former South Bend Mayor pledged to direct federal funds to state and local governments in order to revitalize transportation networks across the nation.He says under a Buttigieg administration, local governments would “finally have a partner in Washington.”His campaign says the plan would be paid for by reforming the capital gains tax, raising the estate tax, and repealing the 2017 GOP tax overhaul.
